Dr. Claudia Cavalluzzo is the Interim Director of Converge Challenge.
Prior to that, she headed the Saltire Fellowship programme at Entrepreneurial Scotland. Started as a Research Scientist in 2011, Claudia embarked onto the Saltire Fellowship in 2014 and used the experience to hone her leadership skills.

Adam is the Enterprise Executive for Converge Challenge. Adam’s role involves engagement and promotion of the Converge Challenge programme across all Scottish Universities and provision of business advice and support to applicants. Prior to that, Adam worked as a Workplace Innovation Project Manager for Scottish Enterprise and Business Adviser for Business Gateway. Adam specialises in providing support to start-up companies, workplace innovation and project management.
Jennifer Black is responsible for the development and delivery of marketing activities for Converge Challenge, including brand and advertising, online and strategy. She is also responsible for the event management and operational delivery of the programme.
Dr Olga Kozlova founded Converge Challenge in 2010. She specialises in creation and growth of technology companies with particular focus on assisting start-ups in sales and marketing, fund raising and building a team. Dr Kozlova started and ran a
spin-out company and is an experienced mentor and non executive director. She also delivers entrepreneurship training in the UK and internationally.
Dr Kozlova is now the Director of Industry Engagement at the University of Strathclyde.
